Services are intended solely for users over age 18. You must provide accurate registration details to create an account. Do not share access with unauthorised users. You are fully responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and agree not to hold Join2Gain liable for unauthorised access to your account.

Pricing for services is clearly displayed during the purchase process. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans which automatically renew unless you cancel or downgrade at least 24 hours before the next payment. Failure to use services during an active subscription period does not entitle you to a refund. Payments must be through approved channels only. An additional 2% fee applies for credit card transactions. Transactions are subject to available limits. All payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees paid are nonrefundable. If any amount is past due, we may suspend your access to the services.
While we aim for continuous availability of services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled downtime will be communicated through email, chat or website notifications. We make no warranties of any kind regarding this website or any content, products or services provided on it. We endeavour to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee correctness, completeness or suitability of information for any purpose. We reserve the unilateral right to immediately terminate your account and block access to services if you violate any provisions within this Terms and Conditions agreement. We are not liable to you or third parties as a result of account termination. Upon termination you must cease all use of services and destroy any copies of associated software.
These terms will be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Karnataka in India. You consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Bengaluru, India. In any legal action to enforce this contract, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable costs and attorneys fees. All disputes shall first be subject to mandatory mediation. We are also open to binding arbitration in Bengaluru as an alternative dispute resolution process.
